In last year IPL, Sunrisers Hyderabad depended mainly on Kiwi cricketer Kane Williamson. In that tournament, they reached the finals before losing out to two- time champion Chennai Super Kings. Kane Williamson finished as the season’s highest run-getter in the entire tournament.
This season Kane was forced to pull out of starting matches due to a shoulder injury. He injured in a game against Bangladesh in the last march. Due to his unavailability, SRH found it very difficult to make big scores.
However, SRH coach Tom Moody revealed that Kane would be available for their next encounter against Delhi Capitals on Sunday. He also confirmed that pacer Khallel Ahmed also going to be the part of the team.
Tom Moody, the coach, posted on Twitter to give the updates on these players. Twitter post”Yes, Kane will be fit for our next match, as will Khaleel,” Moody posted on his Twitter account. As we all know that SRH has been struggling with middle-order collapses in this season.
It will be the big boost for team SRH ahead of their game against Delhi Capitals.
