Will MS Dhoni be back with his Yellow Squad after announcing his retirement from International Cricket in IPL 2020?


Disappointing the fans, Mahendra Singh Dhoni announced his retirement from International Cricket via an Instagram post on August 15. Though we’ll not see MS Dhoni in the blue and the white jersey, he will come back leading his whistle-podu team in Yellow for IPL 2020. The 13th season of the IPL is going to start next month. CSK Retained Players:

With a squad size of 24, the franchise retained players such as MS Dhoni, Ravindra Jadeja, Dwayne Bravo, and Harbhajan Singh. Apart from Shane Watson, Ambati Rayudu, Shardul Thakur, Murali Vijay, Suresh Raina, and Faf du Plessis will continue their retainers with CSK. KM Asif, Imran Tahir, Deepak Chahar, Karn Sharma, Kedar Jadhav, Mitchell Santner, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Mitchell Santner, and Lungi Ngidi will stick to IPL 2020 Chennai Super Kings team.

CSK Bought Players:

Piyush Chawla topped the list of highest paying players’ list. CSK shelled out Rs 6.75 crore for this leg-spinner. Sam Curran, the all-rounder from team England, who played for Kings XI Punjab last year was sold out at Rs. 5.5 crores for CSK team 2020. The third most expensive player of CSK is Aussie Pacer, Josh Hazle, who was bought at Rs. 2 crores. R Sai Kishore was the last player who was shelled out by CSK franchise at Rs 15 lakh. As they were out of the fund, they couldn’t manage to buy the fifth player for CSK team 2020.
